01 / Coaching

Prepare for personal support.

If you want individual guidance, start by noting your goal, your available time, the equipment you have, and the support that helps you stay consistent.

02 / Self-guided

Make your first week repeatable.

  1. Choose one small, realistic goal for this week.
  2. Set aside time in your calendar for a familiar movement practice that fits your current ability.
  3. After each session, note what you did and how it felt.
  4. At the end of the week, decide what you can comfortably repeat and where you need guidance.

This is a planning framework, not an individualized training program.

03 / Exploring

You can start with curiosity.

Write down what you want more of: strength, a dependable routine, or confidence. Notice what makes beginning difficult and choose one small action you can return to.

You do not need to commit to coaching or a program to explore the approach.
