01 / NAME YOUR REASON

What are you building toward?

Write one reason that matters beyond appearance. Think about what you want to be able to do, how you want to feel, or what you want to prove to yourself.

02 / MAKE ROOM

Choose your three movement windows.

Pick realistic times for three strength or movement sessions this week. They can be short. Put them on your calendar, and decide what a smaller version would look like on a busy day.

03 / FOLLOW THE WEEK

A simple seven-day rhythm.

Days 2, 4, and 6 are suggested session days. Move them to fit the movement windows you chose, and adjust the rest of the week around them.

  1. Day 1 · Set a baseline. Pick one movement or skill to observe. Note how it feels today without judging the result.
  2. Day 2 · Show up. Complete your first planned session. Record what you did and one thing you learned.
  3. Day 3 · Recover. Rest or choose easy movement that feels good.
  4. Day 4 · Return. Complete your second planned session. Notice whether your plan fit your day.
  5. Day 5 · Remove friction. Prepare clothes, space, equipment, or a calendar reminder for the final session.
  6. Day 6 · Practice again. Complete your third planned session or its smaller version.
  7. Day 7 · Review. Decide what to keep, change, or simplify next week.
04 / SEE THE PROGRESS

Track what deserves attention.

After each session, write a few words. Consistency and confidence count alongside strength or skill.
